Jaime Marco has people in her DNA. As a kid, she was endlessly curious about others, their stories, their quirks, what made them light up. That curiosity became a calling when she worked as a social host onboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, where she met guests from every corner of the globe. Surrounded by different cultures, she discovered a universal truth: no matter where we come from, we all crave the same thing, to be seen, heard, and understood.
Armed with a degree in Interpersonal Communications, Jaime carried that truth into every step of her career: from nonprofit fundraising and sales leadership to corporate training, startups, and now the keynote stage. She helped grow a telecom startup from 11 employees to 700+, trained sales teams at national brands, and built leadership programs that transformed entire organizations. Across industries including healthcare, higher ed, corporate, tech, real estate, and nonprofits, Jaime has proven one thing again and again: while businesses may look different on the surface, they all share the same bottom line.
